Omran Almulla

Omran is a Paralegal in our Corporate team, bringing three years of experience in the GCC region. 

In his current practice, Omran primarily works on corporate and commercial matters, with particular emphasis on general M&A transactions and modern finance matters, including Fintech and Blockchain Technology. He has also been involved in assisting with Islamic finance projects and ensuring Sharia compliance with regards to Wills, Trust, Foundation, Waqf, and general commercial agreements.

Omran obtained his LLB degree with a double major in law and Islamic studies from Al-Azhar University in Egypt. Furthermore, he successfully completed his Professional Legal Practice Course offered by The Judicial and Legal Studies Institute in Bahrain.
