Tania is a Senior Associate in our Litigation team. Her previous work experience in both private practice and inhouse has equipped her with a vast exposure and know-how in understanding the business acumen and requirements of every business and corporate.
She has experience with guiding local and international clients by providing legal advice and legal opinions, including drafting independent expert report in arbitration cases on UAE law, setting out strategy for the onshore and offshore court cases prior and after a dispute, with a main focus on commercial, real estate, bankruptcy, employment and construction matters.
Tania holds a Master Degree from Montpelier university-France in International contract Law, and has experience in advising and reviewing agreements, including drafting agreements, particularly, sale and purchase agreements.
