Jeffy is a corporate lawyer with over nine years of experience specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, will drafting, and a variety of other corporate transactions.
He is bar qualified, and his career has seen him work in India, Singapore, and most extensively in the UAE. Having worked with a prominent divorce attorney in Singapore in 2014, Jeffy was instructed on key legal principles when working on matters relating to divorce, child custody, maintenance, and the occasional insurance claim.
While in India, he worked with two of the top 10 law firms on commercial corporate matters where he gained deep experience in contract drafting.
