Senior associate – Litigation 

We are currently seeking a senior associate with an excellent academic background and a passion for litigation, to support and assist in handling high profile complex cases. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar capacity with a reputed law firm, legal department, or legal consultancy firm with good legal administration skills. You will be responsible for varied and challenging complex legal work which often sets the pace in the market as the firm has an enviable range of clients.

To succeed in this role you will need: 

• 5 - 8 years' experience in a similar capacity with a reputed law firm, legal department, or legal consultancy firm.
•   Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent written communication skills.
•  Familiarity with the UAE laws and the legal system within the UAE
•  Good experience in civil and commercial dispute matters before the local courts.
• Strong case management ability and demonstrated matter management skills.
•  Ability to work co- operatively in a team, sharing knowledge, and relevant information.
•  Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
•  Advanced Microsoft office skills.
• ·Ability to manage a team of associates and paralegals, providing support and guidance in day-to-day activities.

·       Capacity to engage in thorough research on laws, regulations, and legal articles.

·       Masters/ bachelor’s degree in law from a reputed University.
