Horizons & Co. Law Firm and Dr. Saif Al Rawahi Advocates, Advisors, and Corporate Consultants (DSA) announced that they have signed a non-exclusive collaboration agreement. The agreement was signed on Friday 26 July in an official ceremony at Horizons & Co.’s offices in Dubai by founders and managing partners, Adv. Ali Al Zarooni (pictured left) of Horizons & Co. and Dr. Saif Al Rawahi (pictured right) of DSA, with senior management and other members of both firms also present.
About the agreement
This agreement will enable Horizons & Co.’s clients in need of legal advice in Oman, or those seeking to enter the market, to access DSA’s suite of legal services. In turn, the agreement will allow DSA to support its domestic clients looking to expand into the UAE.
Collectively, it will facilitate a more comprehensive and seamless provision of high-level legal services for all.
Furthermore, the agreement will facilitate secondments and knowledge-sharing in the spirit of upskilling and professional development, values both firms hold as core principles. This reflects the commitment of both firms and their founders, Adv. Ali Al Zarooni and Dr. Saif Al Rawahi, to support the increasing sophistication and advancement of the GCC legal market. Both entities have agreed in principle to collaborate into projects jointly, as deemed fit by the respective Principal Partners.

Horizons & Co has entered into a collaboration with a law firm in Oman to bolster its regional network and services.
The UAE law firm has partnered with Oman’s Dr Saif Al Rawahi Advocates, Advisors, and Corporate Consultants (DSA).
The non-exclusive agreement will enable Horizons & Co’s clients in need of legal advice in Oman, or those seeking to enter the market, to access DSA’s legal services. In turn, the agreement will allow DSA to support its domestic clients looking to expand into the UAE.
Further, it will facilitate secondments and the sharing of knowledge among lawyers.
It was signed at a ceremony that took place at Horizons & Co’s office in Dubai on Friday.
Horizons & Co founder and managing partner Ali Al Zarooni said:

In May it was reported that Saudi Arabia’s Alhaqban Law Firm had struck a partnership with Qatar’s Alhababi Law Firm. The partnership, known as Alhaqban Law Firm, serves local and international businesses in Riyadh and Doha.
