Rama Nawas

Rama is Corporate & Commercial Junior Associate at our Corporate Department. She is an extremely versatile legal professional, with over four years’ experience in the UAE. 

Rama obtained her education in the UAE, and she was one of the youngest graduates at the University of Sharjah when she graduated with BA in Law.

Rama enriched her academic qualifications with advanced courses in the AML and Corporate field, and she has gained experience and extensive knowledge on the UAE Real Estate laws and procedure.

She has experience in corporate and commercial advisory, with particular experience in reviewing and drafting agreements and company formation in both mainland and freezones including DWTC, JAFZA, DMCC, DIFC, RAKEZ, ADGM, RAKICC Ajman Media City Freezone, SHAMS, etc. 

Prior to joining Horizons & Co, Rama worked for three years in the corporate department at another well-known local firm
