Oliver is Partner – Deputy Head of Arbitration in our team. He has over 8 years of experience in disputes in the UAE and specialises in construction disputes with a focus on arbitration under the FIDIC model forms of construction contracts and also alternative dispute resolution including conciliation, mediation and adjudication both in the UAE and internationally.
Oliver has experience operating in various jurisdictional forums in the UAE including DIFC-LCIA, ICC, DIAC and ADCCAC arbitration centres, whilst also regularly advising Clients’ on local Court disputes across various Emirates of the UAE.
Oliver also has extensive experience in non-contentious transactional matters including advising on EPC and short form FIDIC form agreements, joint venture agreements, bespoke contractual arrangements and endorsement agreements.
