Ghaidaa Qaraqish

Ghaidaa is an associate in our litigation team and specialises in litigation, commercial and dispute resolution matters.  Most recently, Ghaidaa has successfully advised clients in a number of real estate, construction and labour cases in the UAE.

Having practised law in the UAE and Jordan, Ghaidaa has assisted her clients across a number of sectors both in house and law firms in litigation matters, having previously worked in house for RAK Bank in the UAE. She has close relationships with the UAE courts and police stations across the Emirates and appeared before a number of UAE committees including but not limited to, the rental committee. Ghaidaa is an invaluable asset to our team.

Fluent in both Arabic and English, Ghaidaa obtained her bachelors of Law from Jordan University.

Ghaidaa's recent experience includes advising:

• Clients in real estate matters and accomplish obtaining judgements in their favor against a leading property development company in the Middle East.
• A corporate and investment banking company in regards to ratifying their DIFC award and enforcing the same before Dubai courts.
• A leading international subcontractor concerning a construction/commercial dispute relating to contractor and Employer’s defaults.
• A leading international leading provider of news in their disputes before Dubai courts and managed to obtain successful judgement’s in the client’s favor.
• A Saudi Arabia-based company in relation to a Commercial dispute in the UAE.
