Paralegal - Corporate

We are seeking a dynamic candidate to join our Corporate Team

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is plus). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A highly organised and detail orientated approach to working.
• Law Degree is an added advantage.
• Good team player.

Job Role:

• Incorporation and formation of companies both onshore and offshore;
• Drafting documents required for the formation of companies;
• Good knowledge on all regulatory procedures and documents required for formation of companies with various regulatory bodies such as Economic Department (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Free Zones, DIFC, and other Government Departments.
• Good knowledge on procedures with Dubai Land Department in relation to sale and purchase of Properties.
• We are looking for a team player who will contribute to the success of the corporate department in all aspects of the work.
