IT Technical Support

The IT Technical Support is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks of an organisation. S/he provides technical assistance and support to employees. S/he will provide technical support to maintain the organization’s computer systems, both hardware and software and other secondary equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity. 
 

Qualifications: Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems or a related field from a reputed University with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity with a reputed firm, with a strong IT background. It is essential that the employee has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent customer service skills. In depth knowledge of Windows 10, AVAYA, Cisco WebEx, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, Network printers, Ubiquity access points & SonicWALL.
